1. **Eligibility for Returns**
   You can return most items purchased from Sanmeds within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is in its original packaging, unused, and with all accompanying documents.
2. **Non-Returnable Items**
   – Opened or used pharmaceutical products.
   – Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.
   – Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
3. **Return Process**

4. **Refunds**
   Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
5. **Return Shipping Costs**
